To join our team, you need to be prepared to work 6 days a week (we are closed on Sunday, but Saturday is the busiest day), quickly adapt to our reality (the shop is outdoors, so the weather changes frequently), a positive attitude within the team, dynamism and attention to our customer’s needs.

Production Assistant
Dynamism, collaboration, ability to work to standards (the strength of Giannasi's kitchen is not creativity, but the ability to constantly guarantee the same quality standards for our products).
- Mon-Sat 6.5 hours/day
